Frances Lou Hooks Davis, 88, Fremont, died Friday, June 9, 2017.
Funeral, Tuesday, 2 p.m., Fremont Missionary Baptist Church, followed by visitation. Interment, Elmwood Cemetery.
She is survived by sons, Gary Davis (Kathy) of Stantonsburg and Mark Davis of Fremont; granddaughters, Jordan Webb (Robbie), Liza Davis, Sarah Murphy (Michael), Crystal, Hope and Holly Davis; and great-grandson, Blake Webb.
Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Braxton Davis; son, Howard B. "Brack" Davis Jr.; parents, Barnes and Frances Woodard Hooks; sisters, Ava Pridgen and Norma Braswell; and brother, Charles C. Hooks Sr.
