David Earl Hall, 64, died Friday at Lower Cape Fear Hospice Center.
Graveside service will be Wednesday at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Arlene Wade officiating.
He was born in Goldsboro to the late Robert Edward and Eva Daniels Hall, and was the husband of Polly Thompson Hall.
He is survived by a son.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home.
