Thurman Lewis, 66, 2405 Highland Ave., Durham, died Nov. 3 at Durham VA Medical Center.
Funeral will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in James T. Haskins Memorial Chapel of Haskins Funeral Home. Burial will be at Eastern Carolina Veterans Cemetery.
He was born March 14, 1950, to Clarence and Emma Harvey Lewis.
He is survived by a daughter.
Visitation will be an hour prior to the service. The family will assemble at the funeral for the service.
