Rosilyn Elnora Sampson was born into time on Monday, Sept. 10, 1951, to the late James and Geneva (Bet Coley) Sampson. She was the fourth of nine children. She entered into eternity on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2016.
She leaves loving memories to two brothers, Jimmy (Linda) Sampson of Paterson, N.J. and Danny (Sandra) Sampson of Fayetteville, N.C.; five sisters, Myra Juanita (Michael) Wilson and Van Marshall, both of Chicago, Ill., Teresa Ann Sampson of Garner, N.C., Jan Sampson of Chicago, Ill. and Davonka (Quinton) Hillsman of Rantoul, Ill., and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at Hamilton Funeral Chapel, 423 S. James St. at 1 p.m. Interment will follow in the Hooks Grove Church Cemetery, 290 Hooks Grove Church Road, Pikeville. Family will greet friends immediately after interment.
Hamilton Funeral Chapel is serving the family.
