Rachel Kathleen Batchelor Bond, 87, died Wednesday at Wake Med in Raleigh.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Riverview Memorial Park of Watha.
She was born Jan. 20, 1929, in Onslow County to Calvin Batchelor and Mary Alice Pierce Batchelor. She was married to the late Howard Bond.
She is survived by a son, a daughter, a stepson and a stepdaughter.
Arrangements are by Community Funeral Home in Rose Hill.
