Robert E. Carroll, 79, Richmond, Va., died May 21 at home.
Funeral will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at New Elders Chapel AME Zion Church of Magnolia. Burial will be in Maxwell Cemetery.
A former resident of Duplin County, he was the son of the late John and Fannie Martin Carroll. He was married to Nancy Carroll.
Arrangements are by Garris Funeral Home.
