Warren Ethridge, 58, 800 Madison Ave., died Saturday.
Funeral will be Friday at noon at McIntyre Funeral Home chapel. Interment will be at Old Mill Cemetery.
He is survived by five children.
Visitation will be Thursday from 3 to 6 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home.
