Retired Master Sgt. Robert Austin Ames, 76, died Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church.
He was born in Cumberland County Nov. 11, 1939, to the late George Franklin and Mabel Elgie McCallum Ames. He was married to Ramona Christine Ames.
He is survived by four sons and a daughter.
Arrangements are by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory.
