JOHN EARL CASEY

John Earl Casey, 75, Goldsboro, passed away suddenly Monday, April 4, 2016, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
John was born Oct. 15, 1940, to the late Raymond Herman Casey and Lorena Mae Taylor Casey.
He was a retired truck driver.
John proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, and was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
A service to celebrate John's life will be held Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home, with Bill Garner officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service.
Interment will be Thursday, April 7, 2016, at 10 a.m. in Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.
John is survived by his children, Kenneth Earl Casey, Linda Darlene Casey and Janice Casey, and his sisters, Ruby Boyette of Goldsboro and Sharon Whittaker and husband, Homer, of Indiana.
In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by a brother, Bob Casey.
