James Edward "J.W." Williams, 70, 197 Tarheel Lane, Warsaw, died Wednesday in Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
Funeral will be Monday at 2 p.m. in James T. Haskins Memorial Chapel of Haskins Funeral Home. Burial will be in Woodland Friends Meeting Cemetery.
He was born Dec. 2, 1945, in Sampson County to James H. and Gladys E. Fleming Williams.
He is survived by seven children.
Visitation Sunday from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home. The family will receive friends at 1800 Rose St., where it will assemble for the funeral procession.
