Ernest E. Davis Jr., 62, Pikeville, died Wednesday at Kernersville Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Graveside service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
He was the son of Helen H. Hooks and the late Ernest Edward Davis.
Visitation will be at the gravesite.
Arrangements are by Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home and Crematory.
