Elwood "Woody" Hudson, 87, Goldsboro, passed way Tuesday morning at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
The family will receive friends Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Pineview Baptist Church, followed by a service celebrating Woody's life at 2 p.m. in the sanctuary. Interment will follow in Wayne Memorial Park.
Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made to Baptist Children's Home, P.O. Box 338, Thomasville, N.C., 27360.
Arrangements are with Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
