Samuel Bryant Jr., 83, Dudley, died Saturday at LaGrange Gardens Assisted Living.
Funeral will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at White Oak Grove Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will be at Wayne Memorial Park North.
He was born Dec. 21, 1931, in Wayne County to Rosa Mae Spruill.
He is survived by five children.
Visitation will be 3 to 8 tonight in Tywanta Rhodes Platt Memorial Parlor at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
