MILDRED P. HILL

Mildred Puckett Hill, 96, died Tuesday Morning at Always Compassionate Care in Fremont, N.C.
Born in Cheatham County, Tennessee she was the daughter of the late Joseph William and Lucy Pace Puckett and was the wife of the late Lawrence William Hill.
A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in Wayne Memorial Park.
Mildred graduated from Clarksville High School in Clarksville, Tenn. and Chillicothe Business College in Chillicothe, Mo. She worked in private industry as a bookkeeper for 21 years and in civil service at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base as an accounting technician and in quality assurance for 25 years.
Mildred is survived by several nieces, nephews and a special friend and caregiver, Cecile "C.C." Hawkins.
