Stephen Earl Worrell, 46, died Thursday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will be at Old Mill Cemetery.
He was born June 25, 1969, to Carrie Pridgen Worrell and the late J.C. Worrell. He was married to Dawn Wilson-Worrell.
He is survived by three daughters and a son.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home and Crematory. The family will receive friends at the home of his sister, Letisha Worrell, 601 Bizzell Court in Goldsboro.
