Milford Best, 85, passed away Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015, in Washington, D.C.
He was the son of the late Dock and Annie Bell Best.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Wilma "Sweet" Best; a son, Milford Best II; and a daughter, Hope Best.
Monday, Sept. 7, 2015, there will be a viewing at 11 a.m., followed by a service at noon at Greenleaf Christian Church, 2110 N. William St., Goldsboro, N.C.
Arrangements are by J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home.
