Elizabeth Lewis Michaux Graham, 91, Raleigh, died Aug. 21, 2015.
"Betty" was born Jan. 12, 1924, in Goldsboro, N.C., the daughter of Edward Randolph Michaux and Anna Dortch Michaux.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Macon Warfield Michaux.
Betty graduated in 1943 from her beloved alma mater, St. Mary's College.
She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, John Washington Graham; three daughters, Kathleen Graham Wood, Elizabeth Michaux Graham and Anna Dortch Graham; son-in-law, Thomas Ward Wood; and grandsons, John Garland Wood and Thomas Ward Wood Jr.
The family would like to thank Dr. Todd Helton, her personal physician, and her devoted caregiver, Mrs. Lorraine Williams.
A graveside service will be held at Oakwood Cemetery Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2015, at 2 p.m.
The family will receive visitors Monday, Aug. 24, 2015, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the family home in Raleigh.
