Robert Edward Sweet, 59, resident of Goldsboro, formerly of Dudley, died early Sunday, July 12, at his home.
His life will be remembered in a service to be held Thursday, July 16, at 7 p.m. at Mount Olive First Pentecostal Holiness Church, followed by a time of greeting the family.
Robert had been employed as a supervisor in the OSB division of Georgia Pacific Corp. in Dudley.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Forrest Sweet; daughter, Rita Gayle Sweet of Wilson; and two brothers, Gene Sweet and Richard Sweet.
A Tyndall service.
