Elder James M. "Jimbo" Williams Jr., 60, Goldsboro, N.C., born to the late James and Esther Williams, transitioned into glory Saturday, July 11, 2015.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 18, 2015, at noon at Greater St. John Free Will Baptist Church, 613 Mitchell Road, Dudley. Apostle Daniel Uzzell will be the eulogist. Interment Wayne Memorial Park North.
A public visitation will be held Friday, July 17, 2015, from 1 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home, and will be followed by an inspirational wake Friday, July 17, 2015, 7 to 9 p.m. at Wave of Glory Christian Center, 915 McDaniel Ave., Goldsboro.
All other times, family and friends will be received at his home at 732 Luther Drive, Goldsboro.
He is survived by his wife, Carmen Williams; two daughters, Carmena Cox and Latika Mcleod; one son, Jamar Williams; goddaughter, Sharanda Whitfield; two sisters, Shroeder Killett and Bertha Jackson; and one brother, Ricky Holmes.
