LOIS CLAYTON PIKE

Lois "Mama Lois" Clayton Pike, 80, Johnston County, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, May 12, 2015.

She was born Dec. 17, 1934, to the late Ira Thomas Clayton and Stella Louise Currin Clayton. She was the widow of the late Walter Louis Pike.

The funeral service will be held Thursday evening, May 14, 2015, in Casey Funeral Home chapel at 7 p.m., with the Rev. Linda Grider, the Rev. Rose Hicks and the Rev. David Pate officiating. The committal will take place at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery at 10 a.m. Friday, May 15, 2015.

Lois was a body of love, and enjoyed entertaining. She was full of fun, and loved everyone.

Lois had many talents, but most of all, she loved taking care of children. She worked for 28 years at Rosewood Day Care, and loved every minute of it. She worked until she suffered a massive stroke.

She is survived by a son, Tommy Pike of Princeton, and two grandsons, Dustin Pike and Derrick Pike.

The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, May 14, 2015, at Casey Funeral Home.
