Roosevelt Weeks Sr., 71, 207 Sydney Drive, Dudley, died April 27 at Willow Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Greenleaf Christian Church, with the Rev. William J. Barber II officiating.
He was born Feb. 17, 1944, in Wayne County to Ella Pearl Weeks.
He is survived three children.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church, with the family present at 10:30 a.m.
Arrangements are by J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
