Lawrence Anthony "Tony" Uzzell, 49, 3457 Hope Valley Road, Durham, passed away Monday, April 27, 2015, at his residence.
He was born to Jesse Lee Uzzell and Ernestine Smith Merriweather Uzzell in Hampton, Va., Aug. 7, 1965.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at noon at Woods Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, with burial following in Old Mill Cemetery.
Visitation Monday from 2 to 6 PM at Haskins Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. The family will assemble at 106 Earnest Ave., Goldsboro, in preparation for the funeral procession.
