Flonnie Howell Turner, 94, Goldsboro, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.

Flonnie was born in Wayne County on Aug. 8, 1920, to the late Addie and Lizzie Harrell Howell.

She was married to the late Walter Naaman Turner.

Flonnie was a member of Spring Hill Free Will Baptist Church.

She was a generous and gracious woman.

Flonnie will be remembered for the love and laughter that she shared during her well-lived life.

The family will receive friends Friday, Feb. 13, 2015, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at 3 p.m. in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery with the Rev. Lewis Forsythe officiating.

Flonnie is survived by her son, Walter Jeffrey Turner, and was preceded in death by her sister, Eunice Huffman; and brothers, Raymond, Murray, Donald and Ronald Howell.
