David Lofton Jr. died Sunday, Feb. 8, 2015, at Golden Living Center in Portsmouth, Va.
David was born to the late David and Lula Lofton in Goldsboro.
David was a 1948 graduate of Dillard High School and served in the U.S. Army.
The burial will be in Louisa, Va.
He is survived by his two daughters, Natalie Grayson (Rodger) and Geraldine Peterson, and a brother, Ernest Lofton of Goldsboro.
