William Atlas "Billy" Powell Jr., 61, Magnolia, died Tuesday at Kenansville Health and Rehabilitation.
He was born Nov. 19, 1953, in Richmond, Va. to William Atlas and Sarah Ellis Powell.
Visitation will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Community Funeral Home of Warsaw.
Funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in Community Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will be in Devotional Gardens.
Arrangements are by Community Funeral Home of Warsaw Inc.
