VERNELL ABERNETHY STEVENS

Vernell Abernethy Stevens, 84, Warsaw, died in Snow Hill Sunday.
Funeral will be today at 3 p.m. at Warsaw Presbyterian Church, followed by visitation in the church fellowship hall.
A native of Charlotte, she was the daughter of the late George Robert Abernethy Sr. and Grace Phillips Abernethy. She was married to the late Judge Henry L. Stevens III.
She is survived by a daughter and a son.
Arrangements are by Community Funeral Home of Warsaw.
