Karen Jeffers Carr, 46, Wilmington, formerly of Duplin County, died Sunday at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
Funeral will be at Adoram Missionary Baptist Church in Wallace on Saturday at 1 p.m., with Bishop E.G. Williams officiating. Burial will be at Duplin Memorial Gardens in Teachey.
She was the daughter of Kathleen Jeffers of Wallace, and the wife of Christopher Carr.
She is survived by four children.
Visitation will be tonight from 4 to 5 at Prayer and Bible Church of God for All People in Wilmington.
Arrangements are by Rose Hill Funeral Home Service.
