John "Buck" Westley Page, 77, Goldsboro, passed away Tuesday evening at Kitty Askins Hospice Center surrounded by his loving family.
Buck was born in Wayne County Aug. 16, 1937, to the late Claude and Mildred Evans Page.
He retired from the city of Wilson, and was a member of Liberty Pentecostal Holiness Church.
The family will receive friends Monday, Oct. 20, 2014, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home, followed by a service celebrating his life at 2 p.m. in the chapel, with the Rev. Barry House officiating. Interment will follow in Wayne Memorial Park.
John is survived by his wife of 48 years, Faye Glisson Page; daughters, Gloria McCullen of Fremont and Mary Page Taylor of Pikeville; brother, Carl Page of New Bern; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter.
