Harriett Edmundson Etheridge, 90, passed away on Friday, Sept. 26, 2014 at the Brian Center.
Harriett was born in Greene County on Nov. 13, 1923, to the late William and Pennie West Edmundson. She was married to the late David Etheridge.
Harriett had worked as a healthcare technician at O'Berry Center and was a member of Fort Run P.F.W.B. Church.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2014, in the Snow Hill Cemetery, with the Rev. Andy Stovall officiating. The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery.
Harriett is survived by her son, J.D. Etheridge and wife, Betty Lou, of Goldsboro; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Claxton Ray Etheridge.
