Jayquan Devon "Jay" Crawford, 20, died Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Monday at noon at Goldsboro Raleigh Assembly Church, with pastor Willie Faison III officiating. Interment will be in Wayne Memorial Park Cemetery South.
He was born in Wayne County June 11, 1994, the son of Nina R. Crawford and John F. Sykes.
Visitation will be Monday 11 a.m. to noon at Goldsboro Raleigh Assembly Church.
Arrangements are by McIntyre Funeral Home.
