Ernestine Leggett Wells, 82, 202 Tarheel Drive, Mount Olive, died Monday in Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. at New Jackson Tabernacle Church. Burial will be in Carver Memorial Park.
She was born July 11, 1930, in Lancaster, Pa.
She is survived by nine children.
Visitation Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the church, with the family present from 6 to 7. At other times, the family will receive friends at the home, where it will assemble or the funeral procession.
