Michael David "Dave" Tuttle, 58, Zebulon, died Sunday at Johnston Medical Center in Smithfield.
Funeral will be Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home, with pastor Marvin Wiggins officiating. Burial will be Wednesday at 11 a.m.
He was born in Wake County to Mary Cline Tuttle of Conover and the late David Walter Tuttle. He was married to Joan Sasser Tuttle.
Visitation will follow the funeral at the funeral home.
