Tony Jermaine Lewis, 42, 802 W. Grantham St., died Dec. 27.
Funeral will be Monday at 1 p.m. at St. James Church of Christ, with pastor Mark T. Sutton officiating. Burial will be in Fremont Cemetery.
He was born Aug. 11, 1971, in Goldsboro to Marvin Jones and Nancy Jones Lewis.
He is survived by four children and a stepdaughter.
Visitation will be Sunday in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations from 1 to 7 p.m., with the family present from 6 to 7 p.m.
