Michael Arvel Chadwick, 34, 122 Ferndale Lane, died Tuesday at Lenoir Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Sunday at St. John Church of Christ Disciples of Christ in Dover, with elder Telas R. Staten as eulogist and bishop Henry Brown presiding. Interment will be in Hickory Grove Church Cemetery.
Visitation was from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at the church and from 6 to 8 p.m. at Christian Brothers Funeral Home.
