WASHINGTON, D.C. --Zebedee Spruill Jr. died Wednesday at home.
Funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Mathews Memorial Baptist Church in Washington, D.C., with visitation at 10 a.m. Burial will be at Quantico National Cemetery in Virginia.
He was born to Zebedee Spruill Sr. and Leah Jean Harris Spruill in Washington, D.C., July 25, 1966.
