WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Adolph Royall, formerly of Goldsboro, passed suddenly June 17, 2013, in Washington, D.C.
He was the son of the late U.Z. Royall and Elouise Royall, and a 1960 graduate of Dillard High School.
He will be eulogized Saturday, June 19, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Allen Chapel AME Church, 2498 Alabama Ave. SE, Washington, D.C., with the Rev. Dr. Michael E. Bell, pastor.
He was an avid golfer who traveled around the country participating in golf tournaments, and he won many championships.
His survivors include his wife, Maryann Musgrave Royall; sons, Marcus and Adrian; brothers, Velinzo Royall (Shirley) of Suitland, Md., and Bobby Royall of Washington, D.C.; sisters Ruby Hudson of Goldsboro and Mattie Coley of Raleigh, N.C.; granddaughters, Chanel, Amahnie and Alannah; and nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
