Mr. Nathaniel Jones, 58, 710 N. Jackson St., Goldsboro, N.C., departed his earthly life Saturday, June 22, 2013, at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro, N.C.

Nathaniel was born in Wilson County, N.C., March 9, 1955, to the late Mr. James Jones and Mrs. Annie Carr Jones.

He received his education in the public schools of Wilson County.

Mr. Jones' life works included employment for 25 years as a supervisor with Franklin Baking Co. of Goldsboro, N.C.

He was preceded in death by a son, five brothers and a sister.

Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, June 29, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Deeper Life Church Ministries, 900 11th St., Goldsboro, N.C. Apostle Kenneth D. Vaughn will officiate and minister James Jones will preside.

Interment will follow in Sheard Cemetery, 529 Bartlett Road, Pikeville, N.C.

A public viewing will be held Friday, June 28, 2013, at McIntyre Funeral Home, 900 S. George St., Goldsboro, N.C., from 2 to 7 p.m., with the family present from 6 to 7 p.m. to receive other family members and friends.

Brother Jones leaves to cherish his loving and precious memories his loving wife of 27 years, Lorice Jones of the home; a precious daughter, Pearlisha Jones of the home; two sons, Nathaniel Barnes and wife, Schriee, of Tampa, Fla., and Nate Dickens and wife, Gloria, of Goldsboro, N.C.; seven grandchildren; four sisters; four brothers; two uncles; four aunts; two stepsisters; three sisters-in-law; a brother-in-law; special cousins; special brothers/friends; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

The family will assemble Saturday, June 29, 2013, at the residence of Mrs. Lorice Jones, 710 N. Jackson St., Goldsboro, N.C., an hour prior to the funeral at 12:50 p.m. in preparation for the funeral procession.
