BARBARA INGRAM YEARWOOD

Feb. 18, 1941-June 8, 2013

The heavens needed another angel. Barbara left this earth June 8, 2013.

Barbara was born in Wayne County on Feb. 18, 1941, to the late Woodrow and Clara Sanders Ingram. She graduated from Goldsboro High School in 1959. She spent 46 years in the insurance industry as an agent and part owner of Quality Insurance Services. She truly enjoyed her customers which was why so many were her friends.

A service celebrating her life will be held Monday, June 10, 2013, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Garner officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.

She leaves behind a brother, Emmette Ingram of Va.; daughters, Susan Phillips and husband, John, Sharon Brown and husband, Mike, and LeAnn Yearwood and son, Steven Harmon, all of Goldsboro. She so cherished her grandchildren, Michael Clark and wife, Phaedra of Virginia, Melissa Clark, Zachary and Kyle Harmon, David and Tim Brown all of Goldsboro. Her heart was her great grandchildren, Kristopher Clark, Sydney Williams both of Goldsboro, Shawn, Megan and Daniella Clark of Va. She also loved her nieces and nephews so very much.

The family will receive friends Monday, June 10, 2013, from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home, and at other times at the home of Mike and Sharon Brown, 305 Ashworth Drive, Goldsboro.
