MOUNT OLIVE -- William Lehman Darden, 91, died Tuesday, June 4, 2013.
Funeral services will be Friday, June 7, 2013, at 11 a.m. at West and Dunn Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. Marvin Bryant and Freddy Langston officiating. Interment will be at Eureka Christian Church Cemetery.
He is survived by a son, Leon G. Darden and wife, Brenda, of Goldsboro; daughters, Phyllis D. Stewart of Four Oaks, Sue D. Mitchell and husband, Danny, of Mount Olive and Marcia D. McLamb of Newton Grove; a sister, Luna D. Tadlock and husband, Ezra, of Four Oaks; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine J. Darden, and son, Keith Darden.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, June 6, from 6 to 8 p.m.
