Alfonzo "Ray" Coley, 69, 616 S. Herman St., Goldsboro, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2013, at Kitty Askins Hospice.
Mr. Coley was born Sept. 27, 1943, in Wayne County to the late Harvey and Georgianna Holt-Coley.
Mr. Coley is survived by four brothers, William Coley, Marvin Coley and L.D. Coley all of Goldsboro, N.C., and Nathaniel Coley of Dudley, N.C.; and four sisters, Beatrice Williams of Eureka, N.C., and Louvenia Lane, Minnie Hamilton and Emma Wooten all of Goldsboro, N.C.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, May 9, 2013, from 6 to 7 p.m. at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, 1701 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, N.C.
Services are entrusted to Norman A. Whitted Funeral Director Licensee LLC of Fayetteville.
