MAURINE DAWSEY WILDER

Mrs. Maurine Wilder, 63, 301 S. Virginia St., Goldsboro, N.C., she departed her earthly life Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at the Brian Heath and Rehabilitation Center in Goldsboro, N.C.

Maurine was born in Houston County, Alabama April 5, 1950, to the late Mr. J.D. Dawsey and Mrs. Catherine Newson Dawsey.

She received her education in the public schools of Houston County, Ala.

Mother Wilder was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Needham Wilder, and her daughter, Ms. Mary T. Wilder.

Mother Wilder was a member of Christ Memorial Church Ministries of Goldsboro, N.C., where she served on the church mother's board.

Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, May 7, 2013, at 11 a.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Chapel, 900 S. George St., Goldsboro, N.C. Pastor Thelma Davis will officiate.

Interment will follow in the Rest Haven Cemetery, 441 Casey Mill Road, Dudley, N.C.

A public viewing will be held Monday, May 6, 2013, at McIntyre Funeral Home, 900 S. George St., Goldsboro, N.C., from 2 to 5 p.m., with the family present from 4 to 5 p.m. to receive other family members and friends.

Mother Wilder leaves to cherish her loving and precious memories two sons, George Ronnie Wilder and wife, Bettie, and Needham N. Wilder and friend, Brenda D. Felton; three sisters, Pinkie Dawsey, Emma Gooding and Johnnie Mae Tremble; a brother, Robert Lee Dawsey; three grandsons, Maurice Wilder, Eric Wilder and Christian Wilder; two great-grandsons; a great-granddaughter; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.

The family will assemble Tuesday, May 7, 2013, at the residence of Mrs. Emma P. Gooding, 301 S. Virginia St., Goldsboro, N.C., one hour prior to the funeral at 9:55 a.m. in preparation for the funeral procession.
