HAMILTON, Va. -- Carolyn Daughtry, Hamilton, Va., passed away April 21, 2013.
Visitation will be at Colonial Funeral Home in Leesburg, Va., Friday, April 26, from 6 to 8 p.m.
A graveside service will follow Saturday at Arnon Cemetery in Great Falls, Va., at 11 a.m.
Carolyn was born in Faison, N.C., to Young and Agnes Wilson March 31, 1936.
She graduated from Faison High School.
Before moving to Virginia, she married H.M. Daughtry Jr. from Suttontown, N.C.
Carolyn was known for her dedication to her four children and her love of the Washington Redskins and all dogs.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband and her sister, Lois Millard.
Survivors include her three sons, Michael, Dan and Keith Daughtry, and her daughter, Jennifer Quante.
Carolyn is also survived by her sister, Linda Wilkins; her eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
