WARSAW -- Herman Hoke Phillips, 91, Warsaw, died Friday at Kenansville Health and Rehab.
Funeral will be 3 p.m. Tuesday at Johnson Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Pinecrest Cemetery. Visitation will be 1 p.m., prior to the service at Johnson Baptist Church.
He was born in Duplin County on March 11, 1922, to the late Abner Phillips and Minnie Alberta Boyette Phillips.
He is survived by two sons and two daughters.
Arrangements are by Community Funeral Home of Warsaw.
