PIKEVILLE -- Edward Earl Barnes, 55, Pikeville, passed away Tuesday.
Memorial services will be conducted 3 p.m. Thursday at Joyner's Funeral Home. James Barnes will
officiate.
The family will receive friends 1:30 to 2:45 p.m. Thursday at Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway.
He was loved, and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Edward was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother.
Edward is survived by his wife, Mary Bryant Barnes of the home; his daughters, Amanda Lucas and husband, Jeremy, of Goldsboro, Kimberley Ham and husband, Ernest, of Goldsboro and Staci Barnes of Goldsboro; his five grandchildren; his father, Jimmy Earl Barnes of Pikeville; his sister, Martha Barnes Felton and husband, Michael, of Wilson; and his brothers, David Wayne Barnes and wife, Jane, of Wilson and James Glenn Barnes and wife, Lisa, of Windsor.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Martha Joyner Barnes, and his sister, Cindi Barnes Speight.
