James Douglas Thomas Best, 70, 405 James St., Apt. 8, died Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Sunday at 2:30 p.m. in the J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, with the Rev. Joe Jackson officiating. Interment will be in Best Cemetery.
He was born Nov. 23, 1942, in Wayne County to Dock Herman and Luberta Smith Best.
Visitation will be Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m., with the family present from 6 to 7 p.m.
