BRANDON, Fla. -- Francis E. "Frank" Herring, 73, Brandon, Fla., formerly of Goldsboro, N.C., passed away March 15, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Louise Herring; wife, Anna Herring; and brother, John Coleman Herring.
He is survived by a brother, Norman Herring Sr.; son, Francis Herring Jr.; stepdaughter, Tina Dempsey; three grandchildren; and a large extended family.
Services will be private.
