Joseph Lee Sherman, 51, died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Joseph was born in Germany on Feb. 22, 1961, to Helga Keller Sherman of Goldsboro and the late Joseph Sherman. He was employed as a farm manager with Goldsboro Milling Company.
The family will gather for a time of remembrance on Saturday at 4 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
In addition to his mother, Joseph is survived by his children, Jennifer Sherman and Joseph Sherman Jr., both of Virginia; and his brothers, Russell Sherman of Goldsboro and Thomas Sherman of LaGrange.
