Jackolyn Regina Eady, 62, of 609 Fleetwood St., died Monday evening at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A private service was held Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012.
She was born in Detroit, Mich., to Flanders and Pauline Billingslea Dobson.
She is survived by three children.
