Jeremy Wayne Cummings, infant son of Jonathan and Jami Cummings was born on Dec. 19, 2012. He spent three days here on earth before Jesus called him home.
A service remembering Jeremy will be held Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, at 4 p.m. at the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home. The family will greet friends following the service.
Jeremy came like a shooting star, shining his light on earth before proceeding to Heaven. He left his siblings, Cierra, Dusty, Jon-Jon, Savanna, and Joshua on Earth, only to join his sister, Angel, in paradise.
Jeremy, you will always live in your Daddy and Mommy's heart forever.
