BETTY JEAN AYCOCK

Betty Jean Aycock, 56, lovingly known by her family and friends as "Bet" of 802 West Grantham St., departed her earthly life on Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

Funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, Dec., 2012, at noon at McIntyre Funeral Home Chapel, 900 S. George St. Apostle Blonny Aycock will officiate.

Also, a public viewing will be held on Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, at McIntyre Funeral Home, 900 S. George St., from 2 until 5 p.m. The family will be present at McIntyre Funeral Home from 4 until 5 p.m. to receive friends and other family members.

Betty was born in Wayne County on Feb. 23, 1956, to the late James Lewis and Bessie Williams.

She received her education in the public schools of Wayne County.

Mrs. Aycock leaves to cherish her loving and precious memories her husband, Mahammah Ali Aycock; two sons, Mark Williams and Cory Williams both of Goldsboro; one brother, Terry Williams and wife, Linda, of Fremont; three sisters, Bonnie Vick and husband, Terry, of Raleigh, Melodie Atkinson of Raleigh, and Robbin Hargrove and husband, Michael, of Upper Marlboro, Maryland; three grandchildren, Kentaviya Shanise Williams, Anyzah Monique Hines, Korrie Sheree Williams; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins; and friends that she considered her family.

The family will assemble on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012, at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Williams, 302 South Pender St., Fremont, one-hour prior to the funeral at 10:55 a.m. in preparation for the funeral procession.
